  3. Only food and drinks are allowed to sell.
     
  4. For those who are interested, they can fill in the Trader/Stall License Application (BPL-02) form that can be found at Cleaning and Environmental Health Department or download the form at di https://www.mbs.gov.my/ms/servis-mbs/jabatan- pembersihan-kesihatan-persekitaran
     
  5. First come first basis subject to the registration.

HOW TO APPLY
  1. The applicant is required to use and fill in the Trader/Stall License Application (BPL-02) that can be found at Cleaning and Environmental Health Department or download the form at https://www.mbs.gov.my/ms/servis-mbs/jabatan- pembersihan-kesihatan-persekitaran
     
  2. A completed form must be submitted together with : -
    • One (1) copy of applicant identity card
    • SSM One (1) copy of Business / Company SSM Registration Certificate
    • Two (2) copies of passport-sized photograph
    • One (1) copy of typhoid injection (Food and Drinks services)
    • One (1) copy of food operator courses (Food and Drinks services)
       
  3. The following applications will be rejected : -  
    • No required document attached.
    • Incomplete or unclear.
    • Has not fulfilled the qualification rules in the advertisement.
    • Unsigned form.
    • The application is received after the closing time and date.
    • Not a negeri Sembilan resident.
    • Apply to more than 1 lot (only 1 lot is accepted).
