The Negeri Sembilan State Government has agreed to combine Seremban Municipal Council and Nilai Municipal Council to be declared as Seremban City Council from January 1, 2020. YAB Dato 'Seri Haji Aminuddin bin Harun, the Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar, announced this at a press conference after chairing the EXCO Meeting at 11 December 2019, Wednesday

Start from January 1, 2020, Nilai Municipal Council and Seremban Municipal Council will be combined as one entity called Seremban City Council. Accordingly, all MPN online services charges including internet banking will be TERMINATED from December 16, 2019. The channels involved are as follows:
