Seremban Railway Station was built between 1904 and 1910 at a cost of RM26,000.00. Later, Keretapi Tanah Melayu took over responsibility for managing all railway lines in Malaya in 1948. This station continues to offer intercity train services along the North–South Line as well as freight transportation services.
