Seremban, 14 December 2025 – The Honourable Puan Nicole Tan Lee Koon, Chairperson of the Tourism, Arts and Culture Action Committee and also the State Assembly Member for Bukit Kepayang, officiated the Launch of the Cleaning Operations in Seremban Town Centre. Also present were YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of the Seremban City Council; MBS Council Members; Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, MBS Secretary; Council Members’ Assistants; the Public Works Department; the Royal Malaysia Police; SWCorp; and SWM. Meanwhile, Tuan Haji Mohd Fadhil bin Haji Kamaruddin, Director of Maintenance, delivered a briefing on the programme, which aims to clean areas around Seremban. The operation was led by six groups and covered several roads in the town centre, namely:

  1. Jalan Kapitan Yeong

  2. Jalan Nunis

  3. Jalan Yam Tuan

  4. Jalan Dato' Bandar Tunggal

  5. Jalan Tuanku Munawir

  6. Jalan Kong Sang

  7. Jalan Dr. Krishnan

  8. Jalan Tunku Hassan

  9. Jalan Dato Sheikh Ahmad

  10. Jalan Dato Lee Fong Yee

The scope of the cleaning operation included removal of vegetation on buildings, litter cleaning, and waste collection.
