  • Application needs to be made by completing the Trade Business & Advertising License Form under Local Government Act, completed clearly and include together with all the relevant documents needed.

All Business Premises

All business premises have to be repainted if the paintworks are faded before license be approved.

Advertising License
  • Alcoholic beverages/beer and cigarettes visuals are not allowed.
  • Advertising visuals has to get approval from Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka (DBP).

Supported Documents

OR

  • Memorendum and Articles of Association, Form 24 ( Return Of Allotment Register of Directors, Managers and Secretaries and changes of Particulars) according to Company Registration Act 1965.
  • Form A (Business Registration) or Form B (Changes in Business Registration 1956).
  • 12 copy of location plan that shows where the business will be conducted (use space in item F).
  • 1 copy of agreement letter or the permission letter from the building owner (if not self-owned).
  • 1 copy of floor plan of the premise (factory and F&B premise only).
  • 1 copy of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) (for new building only).
  • 3 pc of premise picture (front view) 3R size.
  • 1 copy of land grant or certificate of formal search or land tax bill.
  • 1 copy of the latest cukai pintu payment bill.
  • 1 copy of NRIC.
  • Letter from the Ministry of International Trade (MIDA) if it’s an international investor.
  • Application of advertisement has to get approval from Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka (DBP)
