Management Corporation is responsible to execute the following matters : -

  1. Managing and maintaining the joint-property perfectly;
  2. Opening and maintaining the Maintenance Account and the Sinking fund to support any administration expenses as well as responsible in claiming any arrears for both account
  3. Insuring the building in term of building structure and joint-property against the fire or other risk;
  4. Complying any notice or order from the local authority related to the joint-property; and
  5. Preparing and maintaining a stratified roll that includes detail such as lot, ownership, building, first owner, MC, lot, lot owner and transaction.
  6. Enforcing By-Laws for the purpose of maintaining and managing the building completely.
  7. Organizing an Annual General Meeting once a year and Extraordinary Meeting if necessary.
