Labuan, 17 September 2026 – YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Majlis Bandaraya Seremban (MBS), attended the JKRWPL 2026 Symposium: Integration of Planning, Implementation and Construction Innovation, organised by the Sports and Welfare Club of the Public Works Department of the Federal Territory of Labuan. The symposium featured a variety of sessions focusing on planning, implementation and innovation in the construction sector, while also serving as a platform for knowledge sharing and the exchange of experiences among government agencies and industry players. Also in attendance was Mr. Nuh Nurul Mushawwir bin Aziz, Chief Engineer of the MBS Engineering Department.
