SEREMBAN, 8 September 2026 – The Legal and Enforcement Department (JUUP) of the Seremban City Council (MBS) conducted an enforcement and seizure operation on a food and beverage business premises on the Upper Floor of Jalan Dato Sheikh Ahmad today. The operation, which began at 9:00 AM, was also carried out in collaboration with the Negri Sembilan State Immigration Department. An inspection revealed that the premises did not possess a business license from MBS and was operated by foreign nationals. Enforcement action was taken with the issuance of one (1) compound notice under the Trade and Industrial Licensing By-Laws (UUK) as well as one (1) seizure notice. The confiscated items were taken to the Jalan Labu Store for further action. In the same operation, the Negri Sembilan State Immigration Department arrested 10 foreign nationals for further action and investigation under their department's jurisdiction. MBS Enforcement Officers also lodged a police report regarding the operation. The operation proceeded smoothly and in a controlled manner.
