Seremban, 14 May 2026 – As many as 130 participants comprised of representatives of governing bodies, Local Authorities, government and private agencies, developers, and industry players have participated in the Seminar on Strata Development and Management organized by the Building Commissioner Unit (COB), Seremban City Council. The hosting of this seminar is an ongoing effort and commitment of MBS through the Building Commissioner Unit (COB) to provide exposure and understanding to all stakeholders particularly those directly involved in the development, management and maintenance of strategic developments. This program has been finalized by YBrs. Ir.Ts.Br . Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, Secretary of Seremban City Council (MBS) who represents YBhg. Dato' Ir.Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban Town Council. Also present together are the MBS Council Members and Department Heads and MBS Unit Heads. The topic of the seminar this time was delivered by a panel of experienced speakers namely Sr Kamarol Azmil bin Adzhan, Chief Assistant Director of Measurement, JUPEM (Mixed Development Proposals towards Subsidiary Management), Mr Muhamad Syazwan bin Zolazri, Evaluation Officer, COB DBKL (Sub-MC: Evolution of Strata Management) , Mrs Kalai Vani Annadorai, Legal Officer, Housing and Strata Management Tribunal (Issues and Challenges Filing of Strata Management tribunal) and Mr Ng Kok Ann (Use of e-Invocing in Strata Building Management).
