Kuantan, February 10 - Ybhg. Dato' Ir. Ts. Hj. Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council (MBS) has attended the Civil Engineer Installation Program of the Department of Public Works Malaysia (PPJA) year 2026 in Kuantan yesterday. This program runs from 8 to 10 February 2026, themed "Competence to Drive the Excellence of the Country's Infrastructure" and was inaugurated by YBhg. Dato' Sri Ir. Roslan bin Ismail, Director General of Labor Malaysia. This PPJA JKR Malaysia 2026 Program gathers together the Department of Public Works (JKR) Civil Engineers from all over the state including from JKR Malaysia Headquarters, State JKR, Regional JKR, District JKR as well as Ministry Cadres. This program is aimed at sharing knowledge, experience and expertise among Civil Engineers, in addition to being a discussion ground on issues as well as direction for the development of Public Discipline in JKR Malaysia. The program is also a professional interaction field to discuss issues of implementation, improvement and development strategic planning.
