For the information of all city residents, the Seremban City Council (MBS) always conducts enforcement operations from time to time to ensure an organized, clean and safe urban environment for all. In this regard, the public especially the traders and premises owners are reminded to always comply with the license requirements and rules that have been set to avoid seizure actions taken against goods.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
1️⃣ Avoid committing mistakes that can cause your belongings to be confiscated.
2️⃣ If the goods have been confiscated, please come to the relevant office immediately to make a claim.
3️⃣ Unclaimed items will be subject to an additional storage charge for each day being in an MBS storage store.

The longer the goods are in storage, the higher the charges that need to be cleared. MBS calls for the cooperation of all parties to always obey the rules that have been set for the sake of the well-being and harmony of our city.
