Seremban, 6 January 2026 - YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council has completed the Ceremony for Submission of Appointment for the Organization of Ramadan Bazaar in the Seremban City Hall Area at Paroi Trading Room, Wisma MBS. Seremban City Council has displayed advertisements for the Ramadan Bazaar Organizing 2026 offer on 21 November 2025 on several channels including the installation of banners and hanging around the Administrative area of Seremban Town Council as well as the display on MBS official social media and MBS website. As of the deadline for applications which is December 4, 2025, MBS has received applications of 92 from interested organizers including for government land, private land and applications for the new Ramadan Bazaar sites proposed by the association. All of these applications have been brought into the Ramadan Bazaar Committee Meeting Bill.2/2025 which was convened on December 24, 2025. MBS has received 35 applications for Aidilfitri Bazaar and 57 applications for Juadah Bazaar from the organizers. As many as 47 successful locations have been made as Ramadan Bazaar areas. This presentation session was also attended by the MBS Council Members, Seremban District Police Headquarters, Seremban County Health Office, and the Malaysia Volunteer Department (RELA). The Honorable Mayor asks organizers to ensure the rate of site rent applied to merchants according to the price set by MBS. Congratulations and well done to the successful organizers.
