Courtesy Visit by Batu Pahat Municipal Council to Seremban City Council

Seremban, 6 November 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS) received a courtesy visit from the Batu Pahat Municipal Council (MPBP). The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of the establishment and management of the cemetery contribution trust fund implemented by the Seremban City Council. This initiative will serve as a benchmark for the Batu Pahat Municipal Council in establishing its own cemetery trust fund. The delegation from MPBP was led by Tuan Haji Mohd Nasid bin Jasiman, President of MPBP, and joined by Tuan Abd Razak bin Ithnain, Secretary of MPBP, along with 11 departmental representatives. A presentation session was delivered by Town Planner Haji Nazri bin A. Ghan, Director of Development Planning, Seremban City Council. It is hoped that this sharing session will bring mutual benefits and further strengthen the bond of friendship between both councils.
