Majlis Bandaraya Seremban (MBS) highly welcomes the participation of the Residents Association, Neighborhood Committees (KRT), Village Development and Safety Committee (JPKK) and the local community to organize gotong-royong activities in their respective areas. Together we create a clean, healthy and mosquito-free environment. The RM300 contribution incentive is provided to the organizers after the gotong-royong activity is completed, subject to the terms and conditions set.
 

Application Procedure:
Step 1: Form A (Gotong-Royong Contribution Application)
• Form A must be submitted to MBS at least 14 days before the gotong-royong activity is carried out.
• This application is for the purpose of providing assistance such as logistics, containers, machinery and others (subject to approval).

Step 2: Form B (Contribution Application)
• After the gotong-royong activity is completed, Form B must be submitted to MBS within 30 days.
• The application must include the required supporting documents for the purpose of processing the contribution.

Application closing date: 30 November 2026
