Briefing on Current Issues Related to Procurement Procedures, Monitoring and Payment of Quotations / Tenders of Seremban City Council

Seremban, 30 October 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS) held a Briefing on Current Issues Related to Procurement Procedures, Monitoring and Payment of Quotations / Tenders at the Royal Chulan Hotel Seremban. The objective of the briefing was to enhance staff competency in managing the procurement of supplies, services, and works in accordance with current regulations. In addition, the session aimed to provide exposure and knowledge-sharing on the roles and responsibilities of implementing officers in carrying out payment processes according to established procedures. The briefing was delivered by Tn. Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Yusof, MBS Secretary; Pn. Anizahaton bt Kamaludin, MBS Director of Finance; and Ts. Rozaimah bt Mohd Jidin, Head of the Materials and Procurement Unit, MBS. A total of 145 participants, comprising Heads of Departments, Heads of Units, and MBS officers, attended the session.
