Special Business Approval Workshop (KKP), Seremban City Council

Seremban, 30 September 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS), through its Licensing & Entrepreneur Development Department, organized the Special Business Approval Workshop (KKP) at Palm Hotel, Seremban. The two-day workshop aimed to establish clear and standardized guidelines for the implementation of special business approvals without prior permission, in order to strengthen compliance with policies and by-laws. A total of 33 participants, comprising MBS Councillors and officers from MBS internal departments, attended the workshop. MBS also invited Mr. Hidayat Hilmy bin Tawfik Hilmy, Assistant Director of Licensing and Hawkers from Kajang Municipal Council, as the speaker throughout the workshop. The Closing Ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council. Also present at the ceremony were MBS Councillors, Tn. Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, MBS Secretary, Mr. Mohd Lotffee bin Abdullah, Director of Licensing & Entrepreneur Development, as well as MBS Department Heads and Unit Heads.
