Townhall Program in Conjunction with World Habitat Day & World Town Planning Day MBS Level 2025

Sendayan, 11 November 2025 – The Seremban City Council (MBS) organized the Townhall Program in Conjunction with World Habitat Day and World Town Planning Day MBS Level 2025 at D’Tempat Country Club, Sendayan. The event aimed to raise public awareness on the importance of inclusive and resilient urban planning, in line with the nation’s sustainable development agenda. The ceremony also featured the Launch Gimmick of the Seremban Climate Action Plan 2035, officiated by YBrs. Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, MBS Secretary, accompanied by YBhg. Dato’ Hasim bin Rusdi, MBS Council Member, and TPr. Hj Nazri bin A. Ghani, Director of the Department of Development Planning. The program also included presentation sessions by:

🌿 Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP) – Climate Resilient & Best Practice PBT
🌿 Uni Technologies (UTM) – Seremban Climate Action Plan 2035

Also held was the MBS Sustainable Community Award 2025 Presentation Ceremony, to recognize individuals and communities actively promoting green practices and sustainable lifestyles in Seremban.
