2025 Strata Community Bowling Championship, organized by the Commissioner of Buildings (COB) Unit of MBS

Nilai, 29 November 2025 – The Seremban City Council, through the Commissioner of Buildings Unit, organized the 2025 Strata Community Bowling Championship at The Bowlers, Mesamall, Nilai. The championship, designed as a platform for engagement between the Seremban City Council (MBS) and the strata community through the Joint Management Bodies (JMB) and Management Corporations (MC), successfully attracted the participation of 25 teams representing various strata schemes under the administration of MBS. The champion for the team category was MC Citra Embun, while JMB Taman Jasmin Block 41 secured second place and JMB Taman Nilai 3 Block A came in third. The closing ceremony of the championship was officiated by Mr. Thanabalan Ramiah, an MBS Councillor representing the Mayor of MBS, YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri Bin Baharuddin. Mr. Thanabalan Ramiah expressed hope that the initiatives carried out by MBS through this program would have a positive impact on the strata community by emphasizing the importance of close community relations and strong unity to foster harmony within the community.
