Seremban, 25 October 2026 - YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, the MBS Mayor, attended the closing ceremony of the Antidote and Santun Kasih Programme for Residents of Seri Kenangan, Seremban, which was held from 23 October 2026 to 25 October 2026, a total of 2 days and 1 night at the Islamic Training Institute Malaysia (ILIM) Jelebu Campus and 2 days and 1 night at the Seri Kenangan House. Mr. Saiful Azuar bin Haji Ahmad Jadi, the MBS Director of Community Development and Tourism, also had the opportunity to attend and support the participants on the second day. A total of 60 participants, consisting of students from 2 educational institutions and Form 6 students from 4 secondary schools around Seremban, were selected to attend this program. This program is able to train volunteers to work in tandem with leaders and government agencies to plan and implement inclusive activities for the elderly, thus becoming the main driving force in raising civic awareness from the grassroots level. Also present at the ceremony was Mr. Ir. Ts. Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, MBS Secretary, Puan Norzulaika binti Mansor, Assistant Director, National Antidote Agency Negeri Sembilan, Mr. Airul Anwar bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Director of Education (Student Development Sector) for Seremban District, Puan Salwah binti Saleh, Head of Seri Kenangan House, and Mr. Mohd Khairul Annuar bin Asharruddin, MBS Antidote Programme Chairman. May this noble program be continued in the future.
