Jelebu, 19 - 21 May 2026 - The Seremban City Council through the Department of Community Development and Tourism has held the 2026 Humanitarian Inspiration Camp Program at UPNM Leadership and Training Center, Kongkoi, Jelebu. This program is also jointly organized by Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religion Council, Seremban District National Anti-drug Agency and Seremban District Education Office. As many as 65 students from 20 secondary schools around Seremban have been selected to attend this program. The main purpose of the implementation of this program is to shape the identity of students, strengthen confidential values as well as build a fortress of self-resiliency in facing the threats of drug abuse and social symptoms that are increasingly challenging today. Among the activities carried out are visits to the Drug Rehabilitation Institute, Malaysia Prisons Department, Jelebu and activities in a group through Slot Night Walk, Survival Course and Jungle Tracking. The closing inauguration ceremony was held on 21 May 2026, Thursday and was officiated by Tuan Ir. Ts Br. Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, Secretary of MBS representing YBhg. Mayor of MBS. Also present is Mrs. Ruziliza binti Ibrahim, Director of the National Anti-drug Agency Negeri Sembilan, Mr. Abdul Halim bin Hassan, Assistant Director of the Student Affairs Unit, Department of Education Negeri Sembilian, Mr. Saiful Azuar bin Haji Ahmad Jadi, Director of the Department of Community Development and Tourism MBS and Mrs. Sarimah @ Sarizah binti Sis, Head of the Agency Seremban District's National Antidrug. Hopefully the implementation of this program can be continued in the future to empower the positive values of the participants in their daily lives.
