Seremban, July 15, 2026 - YBhg. Dato' Ir.Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of Seremban City Council, received a visit from residents of Taman Senawang Perdana 2 at the Mayor's Office, Wisma MBS. The visit, led by Mr. Muhammad Khairul Azhar bin Kamaludin, Chairman of the Taman Bukit Senawang Perdana 2 Residents Association, raised several issues and problems related to the gated & guarded issue. To resolve this deadlock, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between MBS and the residents' association. It is hoped that with the agreed terms, the issues between the association and the residents in Taman Bukit Senawang Perdana 2 can be resolved. Also present during this meeting were Mr. Ir. Ts.Br.Mohd Kamal bin Mohd Yusof, MBS Secretary, TPr. Haji Nazri bin A.Ghani, MBS Development Planning Director, representatives from the MBS Building Control Department and the MBS Legal & Enforcement Department.
