Seremban, July 17, 2026 – The Seremban Parliamentary Constituency Officer (P.128) Team conducted a Candidate Selection Day Simulation for the 2026 Sembilan State Legislative Assembly General Election as a preparation for the actual Candidate Selection Day at Wisma MBS. This simulation aimed to test the readiness level of the officers and ensure that the candidate selection process can be carried out smoothly, orderly and in compliance with the established procedures. The simulation involved the arrival of candidates, document verification, handing over of candidate papers and coordination between various agencies involved to ensure the smoothness of the overall process. Also present to witness the simulation were YBhg. Dato’ Sri Ramlan bin Dato’ Harun, Chairman of the Election Commission of Malaysia (EC), along with senior officers of the EC, security agencies and the relevant departments.
