Seremban, 24 August 2026 – Seremban City Council (MBS), in collaboration with the Seremban District Health Office (PKD), conducted the Sugar Reduction Campaign and Food Hygiene Briefing at Seremban Central Market. The programme primarily focused on raising awareness among traders regarding the importance of reducing sugar consumption, while also providing information on food hygiene and food safety practices. The implementation of this programme is expected to enhance traders’ knowledge and awareness, while encouraging healthier, cleaner, and more responsible business practices within Seremban Central Market. MBS remains committed to strengthening strategic cooperation with relevant agencies, market management, and traders in creating a clean, safe, and conducive food business environment for the well-being of the community.
