Seremban, 18 June 2026 - YBhg. Dato' Ir. Ts. Haji Masri bin Baharuddin, Mayor of the Seremban City Council has attended the Symbolic Ceremony of Handing Writ and Briefing of the Managing Officers Team in conjunction with the preparation for the 16th General Election of the Negeri Sembilan Legislative Assembly (PRU DUN) which is taking place in the Seri Negeri Hall, Ballroom III, Hotel Royale Chulan Seremban. Symbolic Submission of Writ has been perfected by YBhg. Dato' Sri Ramlan bin Dato' Harun, Chairman of the Election Commission. This program also features a briefing delivered by YBrs. Tuan Hasanul Isyraf bin Naim, Director of the Election Academy, to give explanation regarding the role, responsibilities and procedures of election management to the appointed Managing Officers and Assistant Managing Officers. May all the preparations made be able to ensure the election process runs smoothly, orderly and with integrity in order to strengthen democratic practices in Negeri Sembilan.
