Kuala Lumpur, 12-14 May 2026 - Seremban City Council (MBS) through the Information and Communication Technology Department has conducted a Consumer Needs Research Workshop for the Integrated Smart Application Development Project Based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Customer Service Management. The workshop involves the participation of 26 officers from various departments and units of MBS to discuss user needs as well as technical aspects of AI application development that are in line with the operational and service delivery needs of MBS. The implementation of this workshop also serves as a platform to strengthen the digitalization agenda and transformation of MBS services towards a more efficient, responsive and customer-friendly service.
